Once work has started, cancellation is only possible upon agreement with a manager and may result in a partial charge based on the portion of work already completed. Payment for services is made after the finished text is delivered, as stated in our Privacy Policy.

3. No-Shows and Late Cancellations

If a client fails to use the service without prior notice of cancellation, the full cost of the order may be charged.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in limited access to our services in the future.

4. Exceptions

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. In certain cases (e.g., force majeure or emergencies), please notify us as soon as possible. Each situation will be reviewed individually, and fees may be waived at our discretion.

5. Service-Initiated Cancellations

6. Refund Policy

Under EU law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance service within 14 days. However, this right does not apply if the service has been fully performed at the client’s request before the withdrawal.
At ineedtexts.com, work begins only after the client confirms their order, and payment is made once the final text is delivered. After receiving the final result, the service is considered fully rendered and subject to payment. Refunds are not applicable since no prepayment is collected.
